OnMed, the leader in tech-enabled hybrid healthcare, has been named to Fast Company's prestigious list of the World's Most Innovative Companies of 2026. This year's list shines a spotlight on businesses that are shaping industry and culture through their innovations. Alongside the World's 50 Most Innovative Companies, OnMed has been ranked No. 14 in North America by Fast Company.

The OnMed CareStation™ is an 8×10 foot "Clinic-in-a-Box"—a tech-enabled, AI-powered, and always human-delivered platform that blends the comprehensiveness of traditional in-person care with the rapid scalability of telemedicine. Patients connect with a licensed clinician in real time through a 55-inch screen, supported by integrated diagnostic tools, and can leave a single visit with a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or an e-prescription—no appointment necessary, in 240 languages. On average, 86% of CareStation visits are resolved on-site without a referral to a specialist, urgent care, or emergency department, and patient satisfaction averages 4.96 out of 5.
Over the past 18 months, OnMed has accelerated its expansion through high-impact partnerships that broaden access to care while deepening its reach to the underserved. In 2024, the company deployed CareStations in states hit hardest by rural crises—Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and Texas—bringing critical care to communities left behind. The momentum continued into January 2025, when OnMed made its debut at CES, the world's largest and most influential technology event, marking a turning point in the real-world traction of its model.
That same year, OnMed launched the nation's first airport-based healthcare hub at Bradley International Airport and partnered with the Public Charter School Health Equity Initiative to bring CareStations to 30 schools nationwide. Today, the CareStation has deployments across the U.S. in retail and community centers, colleges and universities, and health and correctional facilities. OnMed's growth continues into 2026, where it has scaled its footprint across Puerto Rico, with more expansion underway. Being named alongside companies like Google and Nvidia is a statement about innovation; being used by hundreds of thousands of patients in homeless shelters, airports, schools, and correctional facilities is a statement about whether that innovation actually reaches the people who need it. OnMed's expansion over the past 18 months—into rural states, an airport, a charter school network, and now an entire U.S. territory—suggests it's doing both at once.
